I just tried to access
https://tutorials.ubuntu.com/tutorial/tutorial-install-ubuntu-desktop
with a few different browsers. Most work OK but one that does not gives
the following error msg:
"Handshake failed because the server does not want to accept the
enabled SSL/TLS protocol versions."
It's an https page, so if you fix that it will likely work, or just try
another browser.
