What connection are you using? VGA, DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.?

When I went from 10.04 to 12.04, one of my screens stopped working,
after years of successful operation. I had two VGA cables, in DVI ->
VGA convertors. One led to a VGA connector, and that was fine. The
other led to separate BNC connectors for R/G/B/sync. This no longer
worked on 12.04 and I had to switch to dual VGA-to-VGA cables.

I am wondering if something similar is happening to you...
