Monitor info keeps getting posted to syslog Ubuntu 18.04

Monitor never goes to standby. Monitor stays on from the time I get up
until I go to bed at night. Monitor was reconnected Mon when I updated
my ram and it is connected tightly. The below paste is from my hourly
syslog snippets. At the time shown was probably my first boot after the
upgrade.
