Why does no one care that Brad Spengler of GRSecurity is blatantly violating the intention of the rightsholders to the Linux Kernel?

Nothing changed, person. If I was not concerned back then, I will not be
concerned now. If your actions helped produce the effect you now
complain about, you have yourself to thank for that.
If this person closed his source in response to people like you who were
trying to undo his business, that is your own fault, and as such, since
you are part of the evolution of this issue, the situation is still the
same as back then.
Just because you hurl more stones and someone else builds more walls,
doesn't make it any different.
If you didn't want him to build walls, maybe you shouldn't have been
throwing stones.
Anyway this is my last message here about this subject, if you want to
discuss this with me, take it private, but you won't really find much
more sympathy than you did last December ;-).
I thought I was sympathetic enough actually.
But I end this here because people don't want to see it.
