Lenovo Thinkpad and SSD

It has no mention of the T430 or upward, which makes me think that these 
belong to the class of devices that can no longer adequately swap 
drives, so you should be good with the T420, potentially.

It has reduced support compared to the T420, so don't take the T430 as 
word for your device.
