And I want to respond again that you don't have to go along with some
customer support and wait for their approval before you make use of your
ordinary consumer rights.
Your citing those classifications is not helpful for you and what you
have ended up with today is an inferior product.
It's not normal to have a dead pixel and it shouldn't be acceptable. And
you don't have to accept it either. Well that's all, sorry for bugging
you ;-).
