Did you get the Ubuntu package, or download and install it yourself? If
the latter, then missing dependencies are likely to be rife.
If you install the Ubuntu package, you will need to install the -dev
package to get headers and such - qtcreator-dev rather than qtcreator.
All that said, it does look more like an OpenGL thing than a Qt thing.
"apt-cache search opengl | grep qt" locates several useful-looking
libraries. You could try installing the "-dev" versions of those and
see how you go.
