Low Graphics Issue in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Dear All,
I need a help in one of the issue which I am facing with more than 20
Lenovo M57 machines. I have installed Ubuntu 16.04 in machines twice. For a
day machines worked well but on the second day only all machines have
started giving messages "System is running in Low Graphics mode". Can
anyone help me to resolve this issue please, suggestions would be highly
appreciated.

Hardware : Lenovo ThinkCenter M57
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics
