fslint menu items still gone...

In all the flavors I tried, I changed every menu option I could find.
Nothing gave a top menu in any 16.04 flavor. Also doesn't seem to work
in 14.04 either...

BUT - if you DO get an fslint menu PLEASE let me know. :-))

If someone is getting a top menu in ANY gtk app, in any 16.04, please
let me know too.
