fslint menu items still gone...

I am sure there are menu items - I checked this carefully. Here is a
photo of the menus in the top/active menu bar:

As you can see, there are items in the menu bar, as well as sub-menus
and sub-sub-menus.
Also, if you check the *current* fslint code, you will find the EXACT
wording for each of the menu items in the current code, as well as
code to set up that item on the menu. It does not appear that the menu
items were removed from the current code.
As I said, I have not been able to see these items in any 16.04 flavor,
but it seems as though they should be there.
