problems for installing software: What is the code that has to be sent to download and install software from Universe?

Could you please tell us the exact message you are seeing (in Spanish)
and provide an English translation? Please also tell us the title of
the window in which the message appears (plus a translation) and
whether or not the window has a little set of keys displayed in the top
left corner.

I wonder if it is asking you for your password, as installing new
software usually requires root (administrator) privileges. But that's
just a guess! Send us the actual message you are seeing.
