securing an OS for an examination

Hello Ubuntu team,
 
I have to setup PC/Ubuntu for an examination.

Is there a tutorial for such a requisite?

More specifically:
* disable all networks: Bluetooth, Wifi, Ethernet.
* disable any beeps or sounds
  I proposed this:
   -- /etc/modprobe.d/someBlackList: to remove all drivers on boot
   -- rm /lib/modules/.... : if user came to root, he cannot 'insmod'
      the missing modules
* chmod 700 /usr/bin/sudo
* root has no password (su root: will fails)
* disable USB devices ???

Does someone have a generic solution?
