Wine doesn't install MS Office

I just took a quick foray into the world of Wine on my Xubuntu 14.04.4
work desktop. I installed from synaptic, which gave me wine version
1.6.2.
I have a licensed copy of MS Office Professional 2010 which resides on
my workstation in an ISO file. I mounted the ISO to /mnt and ran
"wine start /unix /mnt/setup.exe".
It accepted the license key, ran the install for a while and exited
with an error - no info on what the error was or anything, as with
many Windows programs.
In the slew of outputs that appeared on the underlying terminal
window, there were these errors:
fixme:htmlhelp:HtmlHelpW HH case HH_INITIALIZE not handled.
fixme:advapi:SetSecurityInfo stub: Service objects are not supported
at this time.
err:module:import_dll Library sqdedev.DLL (which is needed by
L"C:\\users\\admar\\Temp\\msi7de9.tmp") not found

(Everything else was some form of "not implemented".)
Is my wine too old, or is something else missing?
I tried registering in the wine forums, but they don't like my way of
writing numbers...
Thanks.
