When I installed the Wily development release the server install
was the minimalist I could find. IIRC it came without X, but I
explicitly needed to removed apparmor and other packages.
# grep "Removing apparmor" /mnt/moonstudio/var/log/apt/term.log
Removing apparmor (2.10-0ubuntu2) ...
