Doctor's prescription writing software for Ubuntu

The suggestions that have been made are not very useful.
freediams does not yet have a ubuntu update
emr is only concerned with databases of patient info files.
I am looking for a simple prescription form for Ubuntu that is 
acceptable by the NYS Health Dept and by pharmacies
Of course most are for Windows but perhaps there are some for Ubuntu linux
