Upgrading from 14.04 to 15.10

yeah, that would surely be the easiest way ... just upgrade to 16.04
which comes with snap support by default, then just:

sudo snap install nextcloud ...
wait ... 
go to localhost in your browser (or to the IP from an external machine)
and run through the setup UI ..

the snap will from then on auto-update and migrate your data on
upgrades if needed.
