Rebooting after an upgrade? - Was: update-manager --no-focus-on-map ??

There is no need to reboot if you know nothing was upgraded that requires a
reboot. But if you see a new kernel being installed, or if you want to test
that the machine will boot normally after a certain package was upgraded, or
a half-dozen other reasons an admin might have for rebooting, then reboot. 

Some machines are meant to run 24/7 so if there's a problem like a power
outage, I want to know that they will come back up on their own. I have no
problems rebooting.
