APT::Periodic::Update-Package-Lists "0";
APT::Periodic::Unattended-Upgrade "0";
dated 2/18/16, so a bit old. I checked it out a bit - it's a
backup file in upgrades and if old, sounds like it is no longer
needed. Should I just remove it?
There's a file '20auto-upgrades'; no extension, with contents:
APT::Periodic::Update-Package-Lists "1";
APT::Periodic::Download-Upgradeable-Packages "1";
APT::Periodic::AutocleanInterval "0";
APT::Periodic::Unattended-Upgrade "0";
dated 11/6/16 much newer
