You simply could use "apt" nowadays, IOW

  sudo apt install /path/to/hqplayer_3.14.4-54_amd64.deb

assuming the repositories should provide the dependencies and you run

  sudo apt update

first, to ensure that the indexes are updated.

Did you care about my links? 2 packages are provided and 2 packages are
not provided by any supported release of Ubuntu, this includes 16.04,
too. IOW your output could not be from gdebi, since it should be able
to resolve 2 of the 4 dependencies or complain that those 2 dependencies
provided, are not the required versions. If you could resolve the
dependencies for 16.04, then you didn't do this by using official
repositories.

Next time consider to quote all commands and their output.

Ralf
