I wouldn't imagine so. I have VBox running Win10 on my Fedora 24 Thinkpad
(T440s) and it works just fine. The libraries should be the same, though
it's possible the 16.04 drivers are older than Fedora's (it being an LTS
version it's possible, but I can't say for certain).
