Automatic installation of Ubuntu (parallel to Fedora kickstart)

Hi Kevin

The Ubuntu Installation Guide mentions multiple possibilities. It is even
possible to use kickstart files, but there are better ways.

https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/installation-guide/i386/ch04s06.html

I am in a simple single Ubuntu user environment, so after trying a lot of
these alternatives, decided that for me a couple of batch-files give a lot
more flexibility. So I have not used these options for a while.

Greetings
Hans
