Upgrading to 16.04

In other words it is telling you that the file is not there.

You can't install something that isn't there.

Have you downloaded it?

If you have, is it in the same directory from which you are running the command?

You need to download the package from the VirtualBox website first.

Before you run the ``dpkg'' command, change to the directory where the
download is located.
