Upgrading to 16.04

I reran the correctd command and got the following errors:

dpkg: error processing archive 
virtualbox-5.1_5.1.4-110288~Ubuntu~xenial_amd64deb (--install):
cannot access archive: No such file or directory
Errors were encountered while processing:
virtualbox-5.1_5.1.4-110288~Ubuntu~xenial_amd64deb

Do I need to put something in the source list file?
