Older ubuntu releases had two entries in the "File" menu:
 1. "New Terminal Window"
 2. "New Terminal Tab"

In 16.04, those two entries have been consolidated into a single entry:
  "New Terminal"

Whether this entry creates a new window or a new tab, depends on what you
configure in the "Settings" dialog.

I would like to have the old two menu entries back.
