It depends on which passwords you are talking about.

If it is the passwords needed to send and retrieve email, i.e., the
email account passwords at your email provider, there is usually a
password recovery process you can go though. Try logging in to webmail
at your provider; there will probably be a "Lost or forgotten password"
link you can follow. Worst case call your provider and ask.

If you've lost some other passwords, tell us which ones exactly; we may
be able to help further.
