Please don't edit the subject line. About a billion of us use Gmail
now and it breaks the thread. This isn't a web forum, there's no need
for any of that [SOLVED] or [RESOLVED] nonsense here. That's why I
didn't see your previous answer.

Yes, other versions/installs should be unaffected, as you seem to have found.
