I have a laptop running 14.04 that I test stuff out before putting it on
my desktop. The laptop is running LO 4.xx and if I tried to use a double
underline bottom border I would see a thick black line. I put LO 5.xx on
it as you suggested below. If I open a new sheet I can put a nice
looking double underline at the bottom border. If I move a sheet over
from my desktop created with LO 4.xx I see a thick black line on the new
install of 5.xx as well.
