Do you already know how to download Ubuntu and how to burn it on a DVD?

The easiest way, without checking signed checksums, is to simply visit
http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop

Chose Ubuntu 15.04 64-bit and on the bottom of the next page click a
link named "Not now, take me to the download".

How to burn the iso using Windows 10 is something I don't know.
