Problem happens either with mouse or just with touchpad.  It is not a mouse
issue.  It is a bluetooth mouse.  Turning it off or on makes no
difference.  Right now it is on and there is no problem.

How do I open 'free'?  I see an executable file called free.

memtest86+ is installed.
