Error while updating

I had Ubuntu 15.04 with Xfce. When I saw that I had an upgrade available 
today I started the upgrade. After a long time of downloading, and 
installing my PC froze with 21 minutes remaining. I finally turned it 
off and try to restart the Xfce. It says 15.10 while starting but goes 
to a blank screen. What info do I need to post here to get you to be 
able to solve this for me. Thank you.
