Assumed somebody should need it for Wily, building shouldn't be an
issue.

Even installing the packages from Debian should work.
You could install Wily and test if it works after installing it by those commands:
$ wget http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/a/asl/libasl{0_0.1.6-1_amd64,-dev_0.1.6-1_amd64,-doc_0.1.6-1_all}.deb
$ sudo dpkg -i --force-depends libasl*.deb
$ sudo apt-get install -f
