Hibernation's disabled in Ubuntu:

grep Disable /var/lib/polkit-1/localauthority/10-vendor.d/*
/var/lib/polkit-1/localauthority/10-vendor.d/com.ubuntu.desktop.pkla:[Disable
hibernate by default in upower]
/var/lib/polkit-1/localauthority/10-vendor.d/com.ubuntu.desktop.pkla:[Disable
hibernate by default in logind]
