Well, flash isn't installed by default, so it was your choice to install 
it anyway. Just uninstall the package - that's what I did some time ago. 
At least youtube works without flash, but some sites still require it. 
Maybe you should check your favourite sites without flash and complain 
to their webmaster if it doesn't work.
