Well that is unreadable.

Go to dropbox, select a folder, in the folder put the cursor on some blank
space and right-click, select upload, navigate to the plot.svg file.  After it
is uploaded put the cursor over the file name and click on the share popup. 
Post the URL here then people can read the plot file.
