You did not read the rest of my message, notably where I pointed out
that You are looking in
All Bookmarks > Bookmarks Menu >  Bookmarks bar
(whatever that is) whereas you should be looking in
All Bookmarks >  Bookmarks Toolbar
to see what will appear in the Bookmarks Toolbar .
