Certainly.
I googled for
ubuntu find which package recommends
and it came up with some suggestions for using aptitude for doing
this, but I don't have it installed so can't try them.  (That wasn't a
dig at you for not using google, just letting you know what I searched
for that gave some possibly useful hits).
