Anyone else having problems with Sound Converter 2.0.4 (Ubuntu 14.04)?

I have both of them, and that seems to be what Sound Converter 2.0.4 wants.

I have those too. And I also have gstreamer0.1-plugins-bad and
gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad installed.
I ended up converting my file with sox instead, which worked fine, but I
still would like Sound Converter 2.0.4 to work.

I got the same error when converting to Ogg Vorbis, so that doesn't seem to
be the problem in this case.
