two virtualbox (internal-network) setup

Dear All

I have two virtualboxes I want to setup a network between them, my host is Ubuntu 12.04
I tried to do the following:
assign one adapter of VM1 to net0
with ip 192.168.1.1
assign one adapter of VM2 to net0
with ip 192.168.1.1

I saw in the internet a comments I should configure the internal-network using VboxManager
I do not how to solve this problem and how to use Vboxmanager in Ubuntu
