You did not read the rest of my message, notably where I pointed out
that You are looking in
All Bookmarks > Bookmarks Menu > Bookmarks bar
(whatever that is) whereas you should be looking in
All Bookmarks > Bookmarks Toolbar
to see what will appear in the Bookmarks Toolbar .

The screenshot I took was from the menu Bookmarks > Bookmarks Toolbar > Bookmarks bar. I don't have a menu called "All Bookmarks".

But in the menu Bookmarks > Bookmarks bar I do see the complete (unsorted) list.
