It works really well for unattended remote access but if 
using commercially it does cost per channel so if you have 
very many users you want to access at one time it gets 
expensive. We just needed one user at a time. I set up drop 
box to show if the channel is in use On the upside I can 
still use version 8 so the license has lasted me several 
years and gone through newer versions of both Windows and 
Ubuntu without a problem.
