I run SME Server from contribs.org in a virtual machine as my email server,
but also use it to filter spam for a few customer's Exchange email servers.
It includes spamassassin and clamav, which both auto-update.

There are a couple of spamassassin modules that are disabled by default, but
many others that are enabled.

One module that's disabled is DCC. Its included but not enabled because it's
not open source. However, it's very easy to get working from instructions
found with google.

Another module I use is Bayes learning, which is a little more difficult to
set up, but overly so.
