Do you mean 15.04? 16.04 will not be released until April of 2016. I 
doubt they've even really started working on it yet, since we're 3 
months away from 15.10 being released.

If you are concerned about space (using only a CD rather than a DVD) 
then grab the network installer. http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/netboot/15.04/
