Printer won't initialize

Colin, I unplugged the printer, booted then plugged in during the boot.
The printer initialized however when trying to print something the print
job starts according to HPLIP report then says completed however nothing
prints. Also says device error can't connect. All I've done as far as
changing kernels is to go from the 3.19 back to the 3.13 for a little
while.
