Deploy customized Firefox to new users

Firefox stores its configuration in ~/.mozilla/ so you could add this
directory to the skeleton directory which you use when creating new users.

I suggest you use a freshly created ~/.mozilla/ as this directory
quickly accumulates crud and choose a specific profile name.
