Btrfs on top of LVM?

For those who may be interested, I have done some further research and
testing, and (according to btrfs devs) this is regarded as safe, _as
long as you don't use the LVM tools to create any snapshots of that
volume_. That can potentially lead to problems.

My next question would be if anyone has used btrfs-convert on an ext4
file system with recent (15.04) kernels and btrfs-tools? And would I
need to rebuild the initrd on a standard install if I do this on the
root fs?
