How Come I Cannot Download the Latest Ubuntu 15.04 Desktop?

A rather confusing page I agree, but if you click "Not now, take me to
the download" it will download 14.04, which is the stable LTS version.
To get 15.04 go to http://releases.ubuntu.com/15.04/
