Error to run SGE command "sge_execd"

I have configure SGE on ubuntu when I am going to run sge_execd command it
is giving me error.

what is the problem and how to solve it.

#sge_execd
error: communication error for "physics160/execd/1" running on port 6445:
"can't bind socket"
error: commlib error: can't bind socket (no additional information
available)
..........................
critical error: abort qmaster registration due to communication errors
daemonize error: child exited before sending daemonize state
