Path not available (install Win7 progs inside vbox/ubuntu)

yes, i mean .exe file to install new progs on my win7/vbox.
I tried ti install avira, sophos, ms office and others. Always the same pattern.

I'll try making an iso-image of install.exe files and mount via vbox onto win7.
Maybe it works, but an annoying solution.
