Lots of bugs in ubuntu 14.04

Dear All,

I was using Ubuntu 12.04 since last four years after that i was updated and
installed Ubuntu 14.04. In between i saw lots of bugs and lots of
App are not working properly like team-viewer and My Unity and tweak and
lots of window software are not working properly and there is no
any support for the new version. So please anybody suggest me which OS is
best. Is Mint is better than Ubuntu any version kindly suggest
waiting for your reply
