Date format in Nautilus

Ubuntu 14.04, Swedish.

In nautilus, file's date are represented in a few different ways depending
on how old the file is:
19 feb 2013 (the file was created 19 Feb 2013)
12 aug (the file was created 12 Aug this year)
18:38 (the files was created 18:38 today)

I want the ISO 8601 format in all cases:
2013-02-19 12:34
2014-08-12 11:11
2014-09-07 18:38

Howe can I achieve that? Is there a settings somewhere that I just couldn't
find?
